The 40-Day Sugar Fast begins with us offering Jesus our sugar and ends with Him giving us more of Himself - the only thing that can truly satisfy our soul's deep hunger. Along the way, we’ll learn to:

  • Stop fixating on food and fix our eyes on Christ
  • Identify the triggers that send us running to sugar
  • Turn to the Most High instead of the next sugar high
