Giving Policy

Giving to First Methodist Waco is tax-deductible where allowed by law. No exchange of goods or return of service is offered for gifts given. Once given, gifts cannot be refunded, returned, or transferred. Our complete policy on giving is available here.

User Rights and Responsibilities

Users of this site have substantial obligations with respect to their own data and how they use their own computers and maintain security from their end. In addition, you must provide correct and honest information. You can't pretend to be someone who you are not. You must maintain appropriate security for your password and other information you file with us or receive from us regarding your account. You agree that the information you provide about yourself is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to abide by al applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You alone are responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will First Methodist Church Waco, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to First Methodist Church Waco under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. The First Methodist Church Waco shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
