GRIEFSHARE

Are you finding comfort in food or other things after the loss of your loved one? Do you stress eat or notice that you’re bingeing on the wrong things?

People seek comfort in different ways—eating, shopping, searching the Web, exercising, praying, sex, alcohol, drugs, reading the Bible. Some of these choices are good, and some can cause even more hurt.

At a GriefShare group, you can find comfort and support in a healthy, nonjudgmental community. You’ll learn practical ways to manage your emotions and lessen the pain. People who’ve attended GriefShare say that they found great comfort in being with others who understood what they were going through.

Questions? Contact Karen.

DivorceCare was created to help people find hope and healing after divorce or separation. People are there because they are looking for help and support in a caring, safe place. Everyone is welcome, no matter what circumstances led to the breakup and no matter what your current marital status is.
